DeLille Cellars Opens New Restaurant at Old Redhook Brewery Site The

The Lounge restaurant is located in the former Redhook Forecaster's Public House, which has a long history in Woodinville as a gathering spot since 1994 when the Redhook facility first opened. DeLille Cellars looks forward to continuing the legacy of the Old Redhook Brewery as a hub of great food, libations, and memories for the community.

The dinner menu will be offered Wednesday through Sunday, from 5:00 pm to close. The dinner menu is offered at $65, also in the form of a prix-fixe menu. In the form of a four-course menu, the meal begins with an Amuse Bouche of a Scallion & Chive Crepe with goat cheese mousse and D2 caviar, then selections throughout the rest of the prix-fixe.
