PAMPOENKOEKIES MET BUTTERNUT. 2 koppies butternut. 4 eetlepels koekmeel. 2 teelepels bakpoeier. Meng lekker bymekaar en voeg by. 1 teelepel vanilla. 1 eier nou roer goed. Dit moet slap wees, maar nie loperig. Bak lekker goud bruin in olie, gooi kaneelsuiker oor en dan lekker eetlepel vol heuning as hulle op mekaar gepak is lekker eet.

175 ml water. Maak die pampoen fyn. Voeg die meel, bakpoeier, sout en goed geklitste eier by. Meng goed. Skep lepelsvol in 'n pan met bietjie warm olie en bak tot gaar. Pak op kombuispapier om die ekstra olie te dreineer. Wanneer almal klaar gebak is, pak die koekies in 'n groot opdienskottel. Vir die sous: Bring die botter, suiker en melk.
